There is no one in the world who doesn’t want glowing healthy, young skin. If I talk about women, they are simply engrossed to have wrinkle free skin. For looking good, they do not even hesitate to spend their lots of dollars on various creams, lotions and surgeries too. There are always risks associated with a surgical procedure but some women can go to any extend to attain young skin.
Recently English church ministers banned Yoga after saying that the meditative exercise is a sham and not compatible with Christianity. But this doesn’t bother some New Yorkers who are practicing facial yoga to achieve a youthful appearance. The writer of the book called The Yoga Face: Eliminate Wrinkles with the Ultimate Natural Facelift, Annelise Hagen, a yoga instructor in Manhattan’s wealthy Upper East Side teaches several facial exercises designed to stretch and tone facial muscles. Telling the advantages of Yoga, She said,
Facial muscles become weak and flabby and need regular workouts and circulation to reduce wrinkles. You can do this any time.
The small exercise “The Lion” in which you have to the hang out your tongue and eyes should be rolled up will encourage blood circulation in your skin and reduces wrinkles.
The other exercises include “Satchmo,” in which the cheeks are blown out Louis Armstrong-style, and “Marilyn,” in which glamorous kisses are blown to strengthen mouth muscles for full and firm lips.
Hagen said,
It uses the same principles of exercise you would use for any other parts of your body. Facial muscles also become more toned, so it is a natural way of getting a lift.
So, ladies do YOGA to look Young!

Whlist agreeing to the basic concept of excercising muscels I am amazed to what ridiculous extents yoga is being stretched. I am sure the ancient sages who evolved this science primarily for self-realisation some three to five centuries ago would themselves fail to identify it in its current mutilated form. Yoga is a way of life, wholistic to the extent that it looks at the human being staying in balance with himself, the immediate society and at the macro level the existence itself, not a mere physical exercise it has been made out to be.
you are correct Sanjay!
Is this for real? Do these facial exercises really actually work? You’d think they would promote wrinkles!
I have to agree with Sanjay. But is a very interesting topic. The title caught my eye.
I’m going to have to read more on the matter -
Be safe and keep the great topics coming
I have heard that facial excercises actually contribute to the development wrinkles and fine lines. Like when you strain your face, the skin gets stretched and the lines formed graudally get permanent.
I do believe in this comment!! I also believe that visiting Spas is important and it helps!!! My favourite Spa is in Cozumel Mexico. Park Royal Cozumel, the best Spa ever!!!

Thanks for this blog post. Sign of anti-aging is a matter of concern for everyone these days. We all want to be young and healthy forever and ‘YOGA’ is the best way to be like this. I agree to Mr Sanjay that facial exercises actually contribute to the development wrinkles and fine lines.
One can also take help of various homemade masks that are made from ingredients easily available at home. I suggest you to visit www.veria.com for different types of homemade skin treatment solutions. It has helped me in many ways.
Definitely a good way.
as a licensed esthetician i can tell you that repetitive movement cause the fine lines and wrinkles. Example: Crinkling the forehead, laughing, frowning. So yes, exercising the face can cause this if it is done in a constant movement with no changes. the best way the get the blood flowing and work away the fine lines is through facial massage. There are facial massages that can actually ”iron” out superficial lines and wrinkles. Crows feet can be ”ironed” out. Go to your nearest spa and get on a program. You will see a huge difference
the way is useful. i will try it.
I’ve heard that yoga is really greaat at improving repiratory system and keeping you younger for long.Is it really so?
